Grapes: 80% chardonnay and 20 % pinot noir
Vineyard: The grapes come from vines from all the various communes of Franciacorta in order to collect in only one cuvée all the scents and aromas from an ideal territory for the production of sparkling wines.
Density: 5000 plants / ha.
Training system: Guyot and spurred cordon
Yield per hectare: 65hl/ha.
Harvest: A rigorously manual harvest through the selection of the bunches on the vine and then directly transported to the cellar in small boxes that preserve the grapes.
Winemaking process: The chosen wine making process follows a delicate pressing of the grapes and fermentation in steel boxes at a controlled temperature of 16°.
Description: Corteaura’s Pas Dosé is straw yellow in colour with golden reflections with a constant and determined prelate. A scent of dried fruit and spices. A clean and refined taste, one of personality with a determined flavour. It is persistent and accompanied by certain notes of roasted almonds and hazelnuts, dried fruit and hints of tropical fruits, with a long and persistent aftertaste.

Alcohol: 12.5% vol.
Serving Suggestions: excellent as an aperitif with salumi, the wine pairs perfectly with tasty foods, main and second coursed based on seafood, white meat sauce, shellfish. Ideal with raw fish.
